This cult-favorite toner blasts blackheads and prevents future breakouts. Betaine salicylate (BHA), its main component, gently exfoliates pores to eliminate impurities and dead skin cells.  

What it is 

The 4% Betaine Salicylate toner is light and watery. It gently exfoliates, eliminates sebum and dead skin cells, and reduces blackheads and enlarged pores.

This toner is great for oily, acne-prone, or congested skin. It's also effective for reducing pores and blackheads.
